  5. This could possibly be the best video on YouTube. I love the info and the format. I've heard so much of this info many times, but it was much harder to "digest". Thank you for dedication to helping us out. I'm "magically" feeling better after following you for 30 days.

  6. Personal experience whole grains are very difficult to digest such as whole wheat and brown rice causes inflammation and gut distress
I find the natural white rice from the Himalayan mountains is a great .

  7. Hi Dr.! This is the exact information I needed to hear. Very helpful information, thank you! I've had a neurological issue for years and have had everything under control until this pandemic and everything that went with it. I have been suffering a lot, and do eat the foods that you recommended but maybe I don't have enough in my diet. Your explanations are wonderful! I definitely will be checking out your hand out and subscribing. As well I will be forwarding this video to those I know could benefit.

  14. Oh..Chocolate sister Dr, I have only 10g of 92% Chocolate every day.. are they okay?

  15. Your video is great and informative

  16. This last 'short' video is tricky you should be ashamed! 🙂 Just kidding, it speaks
    the truth.

  17. You have explained some of the pains I have. I didn't know it was nerve pain. Adding these foods should definitely, I pray, improve and decrease my pain. I have fibromyalgia and anything that can reduce my pain naturally is great. Thank you. So glad I found you.

  18. Disappointing, this is just misinformed clickbate.
What evidence are you basing this on? You're regurgitating the same generic list, quite a few if your 'recommendations' here are are inflammatory and will make you worse

    Unsubscribed

  19. Thanks for this important health information

  20. Thank you for information.

  21. The best thing to do is not just avoiding night shade foods but fasting 3-5 days a month!!! Did you know fasting actually helps cure nurse pain???’n it regenerates nerve receptors .

  22. The best regeneration of nerves is fasting 3-5 days a month. If you are diabetic and gluten is an issue grains and grapes are not an option. Therefore the magic bullet is fasting. It a cure all in most cases.
